巴西红果果实腐烂病原鉴定Identification of Pathogen Causing Fruit Rot of Eugenia uniflora

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】明确巴西红果(Eugenia uniflora Linn)果实腐烂病的病原种类。【方法】从广东省湛江市的果园、校园和公路两侧采集发病的巴西红果果实,用组织分离法分离得分离物,科赫氏法则测定其致病性,同时观察形态学特征,分析18S rDNA-ITS基因序列。【结果】巴西红果感染后病症表现为受侵部位表皮皱缩,呈水渍状且伴有组织软化,病斑颜色由浅黄色逐渐变为深黄色,并覆盖大量霉层。分离出的致病菌菌落扁平呈圆形,乳白色,表面短绒状;菌丝呈二叉分枝,有横隔且无色,质地为绒毛状兼粉状,呈放射线状生长。节孢子大小为(3.6~9.8)μm×(1.7~4.3)μm,厚垣孢子呈圆形、圆柱形或长筒形,末端钝圆,单胞,无色透明,大小为(4.4~14.6)μm×(3.5~8.8)μm。该病菌的ITS序列与已公布的白地霉(Geotrichum candidum)的ITS序列相似度为98%,系统发育树分析结果基本一致。【结论】湛江地区巴西红果果实腐烂的病原菌为白地霉(G. candidum Link&Magazin)。
