摘要(Abstract)：

<正>DMRT(Double-sex and Mab-3 related transcripttion factor)基因家族是一个与性别决定相关的发育基因家族。DMRT基因家族的主要特征是其家族成员与果蝇的性别决定基因Dsx(doublesex)及线虫的性别决定基因Mab-3相似,所编码的蛋白质均含有一个具有DNA结合能力的保守基
