不同添加剂对越冬后许氏平鲉生长、抗氧化及免疫性能的影响Effects of Different Additives on Growth Performance, Antioxidant and Immune Properties of Sebastes schlegelii after Overwintering

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探究饲料中添加复合益生菌、抗菌肽、植物多酚对越冬后许氏平鲉(Sebastes schlegelii)生长、抗氧化、非特异性免疫性能、血清生化指标的影响及炎症反应的快速恢复作用。【方法】设计4组等氮等能的实验饲料,以普通饲料为对照组,对照组外裹复合益生菌为复合益生菌组,对照组配方中分别添加质量分数0.5%抗菌肽和0.05%植物多酚为抗菌肽组和植物多酚组。挑选144尾初始体质量为(249.13±0.58)g的许氏平鲉,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复12尾鱼,进行21 d的养殖实验。【结果】各组许氏平鲉中,抗菌肽组、植物多酚组增重率显著高于对照组、复合益生菌组(P <0.05);抗菌肽组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组、复合益生菌组(P <0.05),各组丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05);植物多酚组溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组、复合益生菌组(P <0.05);抗菌肽组、植物多酚组免疫球蛋白M显著高于复合益生菌组(P <0.05);植物多酚组超氧化物歧化酶活性、补体3、总蛋白、白蛋白显著高于其他组(P <0.05);植物多酚组白介素15(IL-15)mRNA表达量及抗菌肽组、植物多酚组Toll样受体8(TLR8)mRNA表达量显著下调(P <0.05),抗菌肽组IL-12b mRNA表达量显著上调(P <0.05);各组间存活率、酸性磷酸酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性、谷草转氨酶活性及IL-1β表达量差异均不显著(P> 0.05)。【结论】本实验条件下,相比较对照组饲料,植物多酚和抗菌肽能显著提高越冬后许氏平鲉生长及非特异性免疫性能,调节炎症因子和抗炎因子基因表达,复合益生菌则效果不明显。
