基于北斗短报文通信的波浪谱数据传输方法Wave Spectrum Data Transmission Method Based on Beidou Short Message Communication

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】针对波浪浮标用北斗短报文传输谱数据时通信长度受限的问题,提出一种波浪谱数据传输方法。【方法】基于随机波浪理论,分析风力等级、波浪等级变化时的频谱分布特点,获得频谱成分的频率聚集规律;借鉴国外频谱传输方法及其经验,基于北斗短报文通信,开展波浪谱数据传输方法设计,并优化传输方式。【结果与结论】利用北斗短报文将0.05~0.35 Hz范围内波浪频谱数据仅以61字节实施基本传输,同时配置扩展能力。通过传输过程仿真测试、波浪浮标海上试验,证明本研究方法能满足波浪谱数据传输需求,北斗短报文可为海浪观测数据的实时传输提供一种新技术手段。
