高温对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长及超氧化物歧化酶、乳酸脱氢酶活力的影响Effect of High Temperature on the Growth and Enzyme Activities of Superoxide Dismutase and Lactate Dehydrogenase of GIFT Nile Tilapia Juveniles(Oreochromis niloticus)

摘要(Abstract):
研究34℃高温环境下吉富品系罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus)幼鱼生长及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力的变化规律,以及SOD、LDH活力与幼鱼生长间的关系。结果表明:持续高温对幼鱼特定生长率及SOD、LDH活力的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着时间的延长,LDH活力显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特定生长率及SOD活力随时间变化不具统计学意义(P>0.05);LDH活力增强是高温条件下幼鱼特定生长率降低的原因之一。
