湛江湾表层水体海洋类群Ⅱ古菌的基因组分析Analyses of Marine Group Ⅱ Genomes from Surface Waters in Zhanjiang Bay

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】分析湛江湾表层水体海洋类群Ⅱ古菌的基因组。【方法】通过宏基因组和比较基因组的方法,对湛江湾和其他海域的MGⅡ古菌进化和生理代谢进行研究。【结果】湛江湾两株古菌为海洋类群II a亚型,基因组中含有多种碳水化合物酶和蛋白水解酶以及参与磷酸戊糖途径和三羧酸循环相关基因,同时具有鞭毛和视紫红质基因;一些特殊的蛋白酶和糖苷水解酶在湛江湾海洋类群Ⅱ古菌中被检测出。【结论】该古菌是光异养型微生物,利用水体中的糖类和多肽作为碳源和能源,为适应热带海湾环境发生了微进化。
