响应曲面法分析温度与pH对虎斑乌贼受精卵孵化率的联合效应Combined Effects of Temperature and pH on Hatchability of Fertilized Egg of Sepia pharaonis by Using Response Surface Method

摘要(Abstract):
为探讨虎斑乌贼受精卵最佳孵化条件,根据中心复合试验设计,在单因子试验基础上,用响应曲面法分析温度(24~32℃)与p H(7.0~8.5)对受精卵孵化率的联合效应,获得温度与pH的最佳组合。结果表明:在本试验条件下,温度和pH的一次、二次效应及两者的互作效应对孵化率影响均有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着温度或p H的上升,孵化率呈先升后降的变化趋势,对数据进行二次多元回归拟合,得孵化率(Y)对实际自变量温度(X_1)和pH(X_2)的二次回归方程?=85.27-6.74 X_1+5.22 X_2+9.42 X_1~2-12.43 X_1~2-8.18 X_2~2,回归方程的相关指数为0.978 6,校正系数为0.963 3,精密度达22.974,可用于预测与分析。回归方程优化显示,温度为27.5℃和p H 7.9时,孵化率最大值为86.46%,模型的可信度高达0.949。验证结果表明,该组合条件与预测值相符。
