复配添加剂对模拟运输斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼生化指标和组织结构的影响Effects of Compound Additive on Biochemical Parameters and Tissue Structure of Simulated Transport of Juvenile Ictalurus punctatus

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探究复配水溶性添加剂(牛磺酸、维生素C、维生素E、谷氨酰胺和谷氨酸钠)对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)幼鱼运输过程中水质、生化参数以及组织结构的影响。【方法】向运输水中分别添加不同体积分数的复配水溶性添加剂(分别记为F-20%组、F-40%组、F-60%组、F-80%组、F-100%组),以不添加任何水溶性添加剂处理为对照组(Control),随后模拟实际运输过程14 h。考察模拟运输过程中(0、5、9、14 h)的水质(总氨氮、pH)、血清和肝脏生化参数及组织结构变化。【结果】运输14 h后,复配水溶性添加剂处理组水体总氨氮、血清皮质醇(COR)浓度和肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量除F-20%组外其他处理组均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);除F-100%组外,其他添加剂组的水体pH值显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。运输14 h后,F-40%组的总抗氧化能力显著低于对照组和其他浓度实验组(P <0.05);鳃和皮肤结构损伤程度低于对照组。【结论】复配水溶性添加剂能够提高斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼有水运输过程中的抗应激能力,减少甚至免除换水操作,缩短运输时间且保持幼鱼的健康状态。
