海洋聚球藻多样性及时空分布特征研究进展Advances in Diversity and Spatial-temporal Distribution Characteristics of Marine Synechococcus

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】建立对海洋聚球藻多样性及生物地理分布的系统认识,为海洋聚球藻的生态演替及功能研究提供理论参考。【方法】综述了海洋聚球藻的生态多样性、遗传多样性、空间分布特征及季节演替特征。【结果】海洋聚球藻各亚型呈现出一定的时空变化规律,其主要影响因素有营养盐、海流及光强等。【结论】在环境要素对聚球藻的影响及机理、各类群间相互作用及海洋动力过程对聚球藻的影响及机理等方面还需进一步加强研究。
