猪肺肝素分离的新工艺研究STUDIES ON THE NEW ISOLATING PROCEDURES OF HEPARIN FROM HOGLUNG

摘要(Abstract)：
为了克服猪肺肝素分离的传统方法操作繁锁、生产周期长、生产成本高、产品品位低的缺点.用高温短时酶解代替低温长时酶解,并对匀浆的最适程度和自溶的最适条件进行了研究。肺组织经匀浆、自溶、酶解、盐解、ND除杂、CPC浓缩、酒精沉淀、丙酮干燥、烘干制得粗品肝素。用该工艺可制得5—6万单位粗品肝素/猪肺,其效价为25.68±1.75u/mg,得率为0.2545±0.0150%。
