海水养殖病原弧菌对鱼类宿主定植机制研究进展Review on Host-invaded Colonization and Regulatory Mechanism by Pathogenic Vibrio in Mariculture

摘要(Abstract):
定植是海水病原弧菌侵染宿主并引起弧菌病过程中最重要的环节之一,开展弧菌定植分子机制研究对充分阐明弧菌的致病性从而制定有效防控策略极为重要。从特定结构蛋白、生物膜、调控系统3个方面对海水养殖弧菌病原在鱼类肠道定植机制研究进展进行归纳总结,并提出研究展望,有助于更全面、深入认识海洋病原弧菌对鱼类肠道的定植,对进一步研究病原菌对鱼类肠道定植机制有重要参考价值。
