环境因素对盾形陀螺珊瑚摄食及共生藻光合生理的影响Effects of Environmental Factors on Feeding and Photosynthetic Physiology of Turbinaria peltata

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探究不同环境条件对盾形陀螺珊瑚(Turbinaria peltata)摄食及共生藻光合生理的影响。【方法】测量不同养殖温度(24、28、32℃)、pH(7.6、7.8、8.0、8.2)、无机盐浓度(0.1、10μmol/L)条件下盾形陀螺珊瑚摄食率、共生虫黄藻密度、净光合速率、呼吸速率等指标变化。【结果】与对照组(24℃)相比,温度升高(28、32℃)条件下盾形陀螺珊瑚摄食率提高、共生虫黄藻密度降低,其净光合速率提高、呼吸速率下降(P <0.05);低pH条件(7.6、7.8)可降低盾形陀螺珊瑚的摄食率、共生虫黄藻密度,降低净光合速率和暗呼吸速率(P <0.05);高无机盐条件(10μmol/L)显著提升珊瑚的摄食率、共生虫黄藻密度,同时提高净光合速率、降低呼吸速率(P <0.05)。【结论】环境因子的变化对盾形陀螺珊瑚的摄食速率、共生虫黄藻密度、光合呼吸比均有显著影响,在人工育苗的过程中需针对不同珊瑚的特点进行相应的养殖条件设置。
